Last May showed a surge in new home sales, based on information from the U.S. Commerce Department. This is good news for Bullhead City real estate . New, single family home sales soared by 4.6 percent, reported analysts.

This increase amazed economists who were expecting the market would dwindle, thanks to rising mortgage rates. These mortgage rates are predicted to continue to rise over the following months, however only a minor slowdown is expected. There has never been a better time to buy a great Bullhead City home .
