Nearly 25 percent to 40 percent of condo conversions have gone back to rentals, nationwide. Bullhead City real estate might be influenced by this shift. Having been unable to sell these converted condos, homeowners are encouraging tenants to come back. At this point, rental prices have grown by 12-15 percent, but that price is set to balance out as additional conversions occur. Watch for for conversions in Bullhead City.

Free music downloads are being used to sell everything from blue jeans to toothpaste. Is Bullhead City real estate going to be next? Everybody, from preteens to baby boomers, are enticed by digital rewards. There is no sign of free music slowing, as the demand is still steady.

The explanation of why free music downloads are so common is that they are rather easy to earn. Consumers collect the points and simply cash them in. When an organization starts giving these incentives, they have a better chance of repeat customers. Maybe one day, Bullhead City real estate will provide a free song or two with any transaction.
