Across the country, an estimated 25 percent to 40 percent of condo conversions have gone back to rentals. Bullhead City real estate might be influenced by this shift. Homeowners are encouraging tenants to come back after being unable to sell these converted condos. Rental prices are set to balance out as more conversions take place, but so far, prices have gone up 12-15 percent. Watch for for Bullhead City conversions.
