Based on information from the U.S. Commerce Department, this past Month displayed an increase in new home sales. This is good news for Bullhead City real estate . According to real estate analysts, new, single family home sales soared by 4.6 percent.

Since mortgage rates have been inflating, economists guessed the market would slow down. Only a small slowdown is projected despite the fact that the mortgage rates are expected to keep rising over the next few months. Now might be the perfect time to buy a great Bullhead City home .
