An all-inclusive laundry room is almost necessary and most garages hold more than two cars. Children are less likely to share a room as four bedrooms are becoming conventional. Cell phone towers near Bullhead City homes seems to be an inconsistent fight. Most people want fewer dropped calls with better cell phone coverage. However, most communities hope to keep cell towers out of their neighborhoods. Towers are unattractive and might lower property worth. Cell towers have to be in sight to function properly. Above the tree lines, an ugly, massive piece of steel will need to be put in. This does not fit well into a neighborhood design, but is fine for a downtown setting.
